This service is free. This is to assist those having difficulties in getting the KCT1 and KCT2 to upgrade their Meters. I'll be providing the right links to the various DISCOs from which you can get the KCT1 and KCT2 to upgrade your Meter. To upgrade your Meter, you enter the KCT1 first and either wait or press enter depending on the type of Meter or Keypad you're using. Followed by the KCT2 and do the same thing. After which you enter the purchased Token. If you're having difficulty still loading, or getting the KCT1 and KCT2, the best option is to visit their closest office around your area to get it resolved.
